ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!! There is no way to return this product. Any link that you may think would let you return the product is either disabled or redirects you to some random page. You cannot click the 'Cancel' button on your account dashboard, nor can you click the 'Return' link at the bottom of the page - it redirects to the website home page. I have been trying to cancel for months now. Got hold of customer service and they asked to click the link for refunds. When I raised the issue of the link not working, customer service said that "We are currently updating our website but it should be fixed soon". Yeah right. How long does it take to fix a link? Avoid at all costs.

I placed my order on May 23. It is June 30. I still have not received my order. Customer Service is giving me the run around. All I want is a full refund. They keep telling me that management has to approve it. It’s been over two weeks waiting for management. I’m starting to doubt the legitimacy of this company.

Ordered may 17th still have not seen a package, june23rd today. shipping is not the issue.. its covid season everyone is shipping late. whats not acceptable is ive emailed, ive left voicemails btw you'll never get someone on the phone, ive even left facebook massenger request and still nothing weeks later.. for this to be a health device the customer service is a disgrace and to pay such a high cost and not be able to reach the company or anyone at that to get advice or shipment details is pretty off setting. Update: It is now 6/28/21 and still no reply.. Use that information as you wish. :/ Update: today is 7/26/21 just now getting confirmation that my unit shipped on 07/23/2021. ( Crazy to think i ordered this may 17th. )

Ordered 10 days ago, delivery is apparently 2 weeks but nothing has been sent out Tried to contact the company and no one has responded in 3 days Absolutely disgusting that a company puts you on a subscription but won’t even send your product out and there’s nothing you can do about that subscription Clearly they have some sort of scam going because so many people are dealing with the same problem Edit : been almost a month with nothing heard back They tried to flag my review I had to get PayPal involved to get a refund Honestly this company is a joke

Worst customer service ever. Ive been waiting for a refund since the beginning of April. They won't respond to my emails and don't bother calling no one ever picks up. If you want to try this type of product get a TENS unit off amazon for way cheaper and less headache.

Update: I have received a refund and for that, I am grateful. However, my point about the shipping costs and customs fees still stands. I didn't have to pay a customs fee for my first Livia so why did I have to pay customs for my second? The information on fees is not made clear at all. Do not use this product! I ordered my Livia and it took 3 month to arrive. When it arrived it was broken. I tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times. I sent 6 emails and I heard absolutely nothing. Eventually 6 WEEKS later I finally heard from them. I then spent the next 2 weeks emailing back and forth to finally get a new one sent to me. My new one then took another 5 weeks to arrive and when it did, they didn't even pay for the postage. To receive my Livia I would have had to pay £45 to the courier! This whole time I was paying my monthly subscription and I didn't even have a product! I also never received my free trial as promised at sign up. I paid that money for absolutely nothing!! The communication, the customer service and product are absolutely terrible! I would not recommend this to anyone! Do not waste your money!

Bought the Livia for my severe cramps thinking that the money back guarantee protected me. Once I received the device I discovered it didn’t work and when I reached out (on live chat) for my refund I was told I couldn’t have one because I was on the subscription service. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed that managers don’t speak with customers directly. This is 100 percent a scam and false advertising. I tried to call to speak to someone and couldn’t get through even though the phone lines say 24/7. I was also told that I have to wait until my 4 months is up before I can cancel my subscription. I am now being billed monthly for something I can’t use. So incredibly disappointed. I am already in pain, this is a really horrible way to make money off of those in need of relief. Update - I was contacted by the company and promised a refund…this was over a month ago and still no refund. I continue to be charged monthly even though I asked to cancel my subscription. I was sent a link for a return form but the link didn’t work…I was then told the web page is down..again, a month ago. They won’t let me complete the return without this form and won’t give me a refund without returning the device. I am now in nightly talks with a very rude customer service agent who continues to tell me that she reached out to her managers for a new form but hasn’t heard back…once again, it has been a MONTH. When I asked to be contacted by the manager she ignores me and says “she’s handling it”. This is %100 a scam DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: Livia has said they will refund the amount of the device. I will continue to check my statements. 1 star because I can't pick 0. Ordered February 21 and it said to allow up to 30 days for delivery after placing the order and that I would get tracking info when it shipped. Fine. March 12 I sent a chat and spoke with Joanne and she said I would get it March 21 or a few days before and would get tracking info to my email when it sent out. March 22 I get a live chat with Joanne again. She said they didn't have stock and were expected to get inventory sometime that week and I would get tracking info when they got them in and shipped out. I went to BBB because she said she would connect with management because I asked for a partial refund because they didn't hold up their end of the agreement. She disconnected and I didn't hear back. I went to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint and they refunded $15 and said it would be here April 14 or hopefully a few days sooner. Today is April 14 and I still don't have it. I went back to the BBB to update my complaint and the My Livia company is no longer on their website. If I do not receive a FULL refund, legal action will occur and I will file fraud on my credit card.
