This product has helped 100% with cramping!! It is the only thing that provides relief during the day and is drug free and super discrete. I can wear it all day and adjust the frequency up and down. Priced well.

I bought Livia for my teenage daughter. Her cramps are very painful. We’ve used aromatherapy, Mydol, hot packs, etc. and none of those completely took away the pain. When she started her period my OBGYN said she was too young for birth control to help regulate the pain. She actually found your product and I bought it for her.
