Honestly, this product is a game changer for me. Some days it’s the only reason I can go to work. The relief is almost instant for me, I swear by it. I will say that the customer service is pretty terrible. It took months for them to process my return request on a unit I purchased for a friend. So long as you never have to actually deal with them then I’d recommend livia to anyone who struggles with severe period pain.

Small and easy to use. It really does help with menstrual cramps. The pads are very sticky but don't leave a sticky residue on your skin.

This little device is a godsent. I have suffered from horrible cramps for so many years and nothing turns off the pain like Livia! Plus it is easy, and portable and the battery life is amazingly long. I love that I can easily throw it into my work bag, during my menstrual week and be ready to fight any pain that comes my way quickly.

I have struggled with SEVERE stomach and period cramps since I was in middle school. My cramps are debilitating and have interfered with my day-to-day life for years. When my friend told my about Livia, I was willing to try anything for relief. While it doesn't get rid of my cramps for the long term, it does give me relief when out in public, which is when I really need it. I highly recommend this product to others struggling with cramps!

I love my Livia! I get horrible cramps that even having a Mirena hasn’t fixed, but my little Livia helps take the worst of the edge off. Pop it on, curl up on the couch and let it work it’s magic. The only downside I have with it is the cables aren’t long enough for me to use it on my back and easily access the device to adjust it (I’m a much larger lady).

I love my Livia! I have extreme endometriosis pain to the point that I used to have to take 1000mg of ibuprofen just to be able to function. Livia helps me be able to get through flare ups and period cramps!

Livia has been a great drug-free, natural way to relieve cramps! I do not like taking pain killers for things if I can help it, especially for something so "routine" as my menstrual cramps. I love using it, it is so compact and convenient to use as well! Many of my friends have been intrigued and ended up buying one as well. Especially mom's of teenage girls who don't like the idea of them taking lots of pills to help with cramps either. My only disappointment is that the wires connected to the electrode petals can get bent and worn quickly, which eventually exposes the wires. It's happened to each pair of electrode petals I've had. I think the nice compact case that it can go in is a little too tight for the petals. So the wires need to bend too sharply to fit in the case. I have emailed the company about my concern already. This one thing has not kept me from still using their product though because it is that useful! I just think the design could be improved a bit. That's why it is important to provide feedback to companies when there is a problem, how else can they improve?
