The white cord that plugs into the unit has snapped multiple times. I don’t wear it to bed. I wear it on my waistband doing normal day-to-day activities. The first time I put this thing on I could not believe it worked. Cramps INSTANTLY stopped. I’ve been taking drugs for cramps for over a decade. This thing was too good to be true for how well it works. But the same part keeps snapping in half. I ordered my second case (you automatically get one) as black, they gave me purple. It was a NIGHTMARE getting them to send a replacement cord and now I’m on my third one. Anything they ship you takes over a month (hello, periods happen every 28-30 days....) When it works, it is the biggest dose of hope ever. But wait for it to break and then go through another period, maybe two, with no replacement part. If you have big companies representing you and saying how awesome you are, then get your act together and stop making your company feel like it’s run with three employees out of someone’s home instead of corporate offices. Go with a generic TENS unit on Amazon, mine actually works and God knows Amazon will do what they say and help you if something stops working. And my cheaper than Livia TENS unit from them, so far for 6 months, has had no issues.

It’s been over 2 weeks since my last review and nothing has been done and communication is still awful. Really sad.

I ordered from Livia on the 28th of may and after receiving no shipping confirmation I contacted customer service. They informed me the device would arrive June 28th,”hopefully a few days before”. It’s now 3 weeks after the “expected delivery date” and I have not received a shipping confirmation, my device or an answer from customer service. I hate writing bad reviews but it seems like that is the only way to get in contact with them.

I do not recommend buying from Livia. I ordered a device in September and still hadn’t received it in December. When I could finally pick it up I did not need it any more, and I let it be returned without ever having it. I asked Livia to delete my account which apparently didn’t happen. Now Livia is sending me a lot of e-mails about payment information, even though I have never received any products from them. All in all it’s been a bad experience from the start, and it seems like they will not let me out.

Was delivered weeks later than originally stated. Doesn't work for me either. I can literally increase the intensity and move it to different spots but it still hurts an awful amount to the point that I sweat like crazy, get dizzy and eventually just give in and take pain killers and buscopan. Unfortunately bit an off switch but rather a waste of money.

My wife and I have called over fifteen times, left multiple voicemails, and sent numerous emails, and nobody will return our calls. We got through to someone on the first communication, and we were promised a refund that is now over a month past due. We have gotten zero response from anybody since then. We are also being charged for gel pads and we are not receiving them. This is outrageous and completely unprofessional. Edit: Livia attempted to flag my comment as "containing harmful or illegal content" when clearly it does not. Instead of trying to fix our issue, they are instead trying to block our review. I also posted this comment on their facebook page, and they outright blocked me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM iPulse Medical Ltd. I ordered the Livia device back on February 21, 2021. After years of experiencing severe pain during my period, I was desperately hoping for an alternative to medication to relieve these symptoms as medications rarely work for me. On March 29, I requested a return as it hadn't even been shipped yet. It is now July 12th. After several phone calls and unanswered emails, I am still waiting on a refund. Apparently this is not a unique experience. There are complaints against the company (iPulse Medical Ltd.) on BBB, a Change.org petition with hundreds of signatures and Vox news posted an article describing similar experiences. Bottom line: The company takes advantage of its clients, predominantly people who are desperate to alleviate menstrual and other pain. Not to mention you're better off paying a fraction of the price for a basic tens machine.
