I had initially come across this product on a social media advert, but trust me it is absolutely amazing! It’s a god send for anyone who suffers from period pains! Mine are particularly bad, this doesn’t get rid of the pain (if only!) but thanks to this product I am now able to move around and not stuck to my hot water bottle the whole day! Their customer service team was excellent too

Cuando compré este producto era algo escéptica sobre sus resultados. Tengo ovarios poliquísticos y muy a menudo al venirme la regla tengo unos dolores muy grandes que con ningún tipo de medicamento ha conseguido rebajar. La primera vez que lo probé admito que no tuvo mucho efecto, además de que la batería se descargaba muy rápido. Sin embargo, las segunda vez que lo utilicé (ya con un mes de diferencia) pude notar una muy grande mejoría. Y es que, consiguió rebajarme el dolor en cuestión de minutos. En cuanto al servicio de atención al cliente, creo que deberían mejorar los tiempos de envío (a mí me tardó un mes en llegar). Sin embargo, siempre que he contactado con ellos no he tenido ningún problema y me han resuelto mis dudas con gran agilidad. Una recomendación para aquellas que quieran comprar este producto: si es posible, evitar guardar los electrodos en la cajita. El cable se rompe con mucha facilidad.

I don't just use this for period pain, but I have a condition called Ehler Danlos syndrome 7A which means that my joints, and particularly my hips can dislocate very easily and there is a lot of constant pain associate with the condition. I use Livia on my sore spots and it does absolute WONDERS! I have had very bad periods from age 10 and have had a lot of gynae surgeries (plus 24 on my hip/back in total). This has been such a great device in all kinds of fashion and I highly recommend it to anyone (guys and gals) for pain and then absolutely to any woman who has even mild discomfort for period pain
