I love this thing!! The first time I used it, I was scared to turn it all the way up. It helped a little bit, but not much at all. Then I let my roommate use it and she turned it all the way up. She was like this thing is the best thing that ever happened to me, and I was skeptical at first. Then my period came back around and I was no longer scared to turn it up a couple levels. Total game changer!!! If you’re skeptical about getting it bc of the price, team up with some friends and share it and hope that your periods don’t come at the same time.

The best little tens machine for pelvic pain. Definitely helps with menstrual cramps. I just wish the cords were a bit longer, but otherwise, it is a great design that is discreet so you can wear it without people noticing.
