I love my Livia device. It has really change my perspective on periods. Now I can do most of the things I couldn't do before. I recommend this to everyone that has cramps during their period, both light and heavy cramps.

I love this product! I normally have seriously bad cramps during Hyperion, and with this their gone almost immediately, you can take it with you even if you go out as it's small and subtle so no one but you would know you have it on

This little device is amazing. It very much feels like a tens machine you find at physiotherapy. I suffer from horrible cramps and I haven’t had to take any medication to ease the pain because Livia eases it for me. It doesn’t take the pain completely away on really bad cramping days but it takes the edge off enough that I can go about my day without being confined to bed with a heating pad and pain medication. Plus it’s so small, you can wear it anywhere. Such a great little device! Highly recommended.
