I love how discreet the Livia is and how easy it is to use. I use it usually for my first day and it provides me so much relief and allows me to actually do things instaed of wait for pain killers to kick in.

My experience with livia was absolutely amazing. I have struggled with extreme menstrual pains all my life and as soon as I put the livia on my pain disappeared.

I have super bad cramps before, during and after my period. This helps with regular cramps in the belly, but also the back cramps! I developed an ulcer from taking pain meds and this is the best alternative I’ve had!
