Livia has changed my period experience. I have a history of awful cramps during the week of my period. I get them in my lower back rather than on my front side so I wasn't sure if Livia would work for me. Boy was I wrong! All I have to do is turn on the device and my cramps are gone within 5 minutes. I absolutely recommend Livia to anyone who experiences cramping during their period.

OH MY, This little gadget is a life saver for real. The first day i got it i used it because my cycle was coming. But a month before that i had bought a bottle of something that was suppose to help with the pain, in not just my lower abdomen but back also, nausea and migraine,it did no such thing. But livia not only took away the pain, which is what i thought was going to be the only thing, but I'm not suffering from the nausea or migraines either. I used it the next month also just when i feel the first sign of pain and nausea coming on and life is so much easier to deal with. I can go to work the next day happy and pain free. I recommend this gadget to every woman suffering from period pain and symptoms.

When I first heard of Livia my first thought was “there’s still hope”. Not many people understands the pain some of us women go through each month (excluding those who have endometriosis or any other health condition) With Livia you get that relief, it’s son easy to use and so practical. Whenever I have pain, I just wear my Livia and keep my regular activities as usual.

Purchased this on a whim three years ago and I'm so glad I did. I keep it in my bag (in its hard shell case) for whenever I need it. It really does make the pain go away (or at least considerably lessened) within seconds
