My boyfriend got me Livia for debilitating cramps. It has been a game changer for me. It doesn't make the cramps disappear, but it does make them tolerable for me so I am still able to work and function. It's small and discreet, so I can hide it easily with my work pants. Livia is worth it and I wish I would have gotten it sooner

Livia is great for eliminating menstrual cramps without medicine. After 3 years of use, many months I don't even need Livia or medicine, and some months my cramps are severe and Livia takes the cramps away. I am in my early 40s, so probably too early for menopause, but my cramps have started being more intense like when I was a teenager and before birth control. Thank goodness for Livia!

As someone with PCOS, my cramps can be completely debilitating - Livia helps me get through the day, and even be productive at work!
