I found Livia almost a year before it went on sale, my need to find something to help me with the pain was so great that I believed in her idea and I can say that it was worth the wait, it is not a solution but it is the best friend in those difficult days and you forget the pills that are not good for your health, thanks Livia team for thinking about us.

I love my Livia. I get horrible cramping, like stuck in bed crying and nauseous. I was at my wit's end and decided to try to find a solution. I came across Livia and read almost everything on their website. It sounded too good to be true. But I was desperate, so I decided to go for it. I have zero regrets!! When I'm wearing my Livia unit, it's like can feel the cramps, but the pain is significantly reduced. highly recommend it. My only complaint is that I personally can't wear the unit for hours at a time because my skin gets irritated by the adhesive gel. Do ignore the irritation? Absolutely. A little skin irritation is way less painful than gut stabbing cramps. I do agree with the not fantastic customer service too. It takes about a week for them to reply to any inquires.

Livia had been a life-saver many days since I started using it way back in the crowd-funding days, and from an early start was keeping me able to even stay on my feet teaching or volunteering on days I'd normally otherwise be on my couch in the fetal position, hoping a head pad was going to work. As I put on weight with a baby, an injury, and a slowing metabolism as a whole, I've found the pads less effective - it wants a flat lower abdomen for full efficacy, but even at partial effectiveness it's still been a help.

I’ve had my Livia for years (got it on Indiegogo right when they launched) and even bought a second so I could use one while the other charges. It is one of the only things that even puts a dent in my terrible menstrual cramps. My one complaints is that the flower heads snap off quite easily so you can go through multiple sets and I wish it was cheaper to get replacement parts but overall I’m very happy.

Livia is a lifesaver! I'm not going to lie as I've had some issues with it but I have found the best way to contact customer service is either through Messenger or the WhatsApp platform. I have been part of their influencer program and it's been great! I choose to stay with them for sharing my honest opinion. The battery life isn't the greatest and I hope it is something they are working to improve. I also wish the pads were more comfortable. Upon first using them I noticed they didn't stick as much for curvier body types. Since I have had my second set of pads delivered they are much better. I even used my Livia whilst fighting a stomach bug and it seemed to help break things up and make it even the slightest less miserable. I feel bad for those that have had such awful experiences and wanted to share my success and how I came to come about to get their with them. I hope that over time people can truly see that Livia is such a nice concept and device!

Llevo ya más de un año y medio utilizando este producto y no tengo ninguna queja. En general hace muy bien su función y en cosa de minutos me quita el dolor. Sin embargo, me suscribí al servicio mensual y desde entonces he tenido algunos problemas para recibir los gel pads. Sin embargo el servicio de atención al cliente lo soluciona en unos días.

I’ve been using Livia since the product came out a few years ago. I am a super sensitive person so the higher intensity vibrations make me feel squirmish. But on the lower setting I don’t feel it as much and it honestly does take the pain away. I think it’s because it distracts your brain from the pain. I recently got a new skin for mine— I was bummed when black wasn’t an original option, but it is now and I’m so happy I have that color! Overall I’m super happy with the product and I look forward to what else they will do! It’s wonderful to have some care about pain that effects half the world’s population.

I've been using Livia for 6 months. Unfortunately, I still have to take pills, but less than earlier and there is no pain with Livia+pills. Without Livia, I had pain even when I took pills. I didn't have problems with shipping or ordering although I live in Ukraine and the shipping is not easy from the US. I can use Livia almost all day without re-charging. I don't use it at the night, afraid that I can unplug it while sleeping.
