I have always had very heavy periods and sever cramps, and I was diagnosed with endometriosis 12 years ago. This past month I was very suddenly struck with severe cramps that absolutely would not let up. I immediately felt terribly ill and was afraid that a painkiller on an empty stomach would push me over the edge and make me sick. I ended up laying on my bathroom floor hyperventilating because the pain was so severe, unable to stand or sit or think, when I suddenly remembered I had recently purchased and charged a Livia device. I literally crawled across my bedroom to the drawer it was in, and stuck the little flower pads on my lower abdominal region, and within ten minutes my pain was absolutely gone, I could stand up again, and I could think, breathe, and talk normally. I bought a second one with a subscription so i can have one charging while I wear the other one, plus the gel pads will show up on a schedule so I don't have to worry about ordering them. I would recommend this product to anyone who is suffering from cramps. It's like I can suddenly just push a mute button on my cramps. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get one of these devices. It's a self-care investment you will not regret.

I'm someone who suffers from extremely painful stomach cramps when my period rolls around. I had heard of Livia in the past but didn't think it would help me... I was wrong.
