My cramps were a nightmare -- I was doing 2 painkillers every 4 hours religiously for 3 or 4 days every month, doing my best to get by with a heating pad when I didn't have anywhere to be. Livia made it so that I could mostly stop the pain killers all together, and didn't need to be on my heating pad all the time! The sensation was a little weird at first, but you stop noticing it after a while. I find that after a few hours the areas with the pads get a little itchy, but stopping the device makes it better and the pain relief lasts a few hours. Literally a life changing device, I can't recommend it enough.

I love my livia, at first I was sceptical if it would work or not but I was pleasantly surprised, I get the worst period pain and it helps everytime thanks so much for making a product that actually helps!

I get really bad menstrual cramps and have other stomach pain throughout the month. I struggle to swallow pills, so Livia has been a lifesaver! It's really easy to use and it works extremely well, even on my worst cramps!

I’ve had my Livia for about 1 1/2 years now and it has helped with my periods so much. I have endometriosis and my periods are extremely heavy and painful. The only thing that really helped in the past was ibuprofen in doses much larger than is recommended, which in turn often led to worsening nausea. Since getting my Livia, I have been able to have periods where I never take a dose of pain meds. It has also helped me miss less work due to my period. There have been days when I was in tremendous pain but able to power through and appear professional because I’ve got my Livia cranked up. It has become essential to managing my endo.
