The ONLY thing I’ve ever found that takes the edge off my awful period pains. Before I discovered livia I was taking days off work every month and it was really affecting my everyday life, now I just have this cute little box in my handbag ready to get out at the first sign of cramping. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Livia has quite literally been the product that has helped me maintain a regular social life and that includes the necessity of having to work. I experience abdomen and back pain regularly due to varying health conditions and Livia helps mediate that and make my days bearable when it isn't possible for me to stay home and rest.

I was super sceptical about it, but it does actually work and quite effectively also. (Yes you can still feel them slightly, but they aren’t painful) Didn’t need any other form of pain medication or heat packs.

Livia is the only thing that actually makes my endometrios pain manageble during periods. The device works wonders, but I hope they make the flower pads more durable.

I have had my livia for almost two years and it has completely changed my experience with menstruation. I suffered for years from pain, with little to no relief from pain killers, and now i don't need to take anything! I finally found a relief for the pain. I also no longer live in fear of the expected pain and instead know that when it starts I will find relief almost immediately as soon as i turn my livia on.

I highly recommend this product! It is perfect for when your period cramps start or you have a chronic illness flare-up. I have Adenomyosis and it is perfect for helping me with the horrible flare-ups that put me in so much pain I'm throwing up. on top of all of this, it is relatively cheap and the unit itself is so small. I just clip the unit to my beltline and my shirt goes over it.
