This is so great, really helps with my period pains. Basically silent! Pretty cover options. It is small enough to hide under most clothing and the jelly pads are great, plenty of uses out of them. I didn't need to buy replacements that often at all. Only things I would suggest is the option for longer cables to the electrodes and possibly the option for more electrodes so you could wear it on your back and tummy at the same time.

This has helped make my period bearable…I have endometriosis and it’s one of the only things that has helped me. I just wish the battery would last longer!

I love my Livia! Super helpful for horrible cramps and completely negates the need for medicine! Will forever be grateful for this little device. My only issues are customer service and the website never wanting to let me navigate my account.

I have endometriosis and the Livia has managed to considerably reduce my pain when the cramps kick-in, and often it's removed the pain completely. Some months are worse than others and on bad months it doesn't manage to stop the pain but it certainly helps to make it more manageable. Because of the electric pulses it's difficult to exercise with it on but day-to-day tasks are simple.

I love this device. I have chronic pain from endometriosis, pcos, IC, and PFD. This has gotten me through countless 12 hour shifts as a RN in the ICU. The case could be improved. The compartment for the flowers is awkwardly small. I understand the wanted to keep the whole thing small but it makes the flowers bend unnecessarily and damages the cord.

** update as of 9/5/21 I emailed them again as requested below and was given a tracking number and told 7-10 days which doesn’t help my period that I have currently but okay, I was also give other discounts due to waiting so long, this I was happy with. I am overall happy with the solution let’s hope I get everything they promised** So I am still waiting a month for the device to get here. I ordered this device during my last period because I just couldn’t stand the pain anymore, I saw there was a delay but ordered anyway hoping that it really wouldn’t take a month to get. Well fast forward to getting my period and now still waiting for the device. I had to go out an buy a different device in store. I know things are rough but a month wait time for a product is a little ridiculous.

I got one back when they where starting and fundraising - so mine's a first generation one. I very much appreciate it. Usually I have one day of bad cramping and pain - painkillers worked, but I didn't like the idea of taking them regularly. Livia helped me with that and I could get by without any pills! Only downside: for me it only works as long as it's on. So naturally, if I forget to charge it or my cramps take a while, I have to deal with the pain by myself - a little longer battery life would be awesome. I use my livia regularly for... I think 4 or 5 years? 2 months ago I replaced the electrodes, usual wear and tear broke the cable. So it held up just fine for pretty long. Overall, I can recommend getting a livia - at least for me it was a great thing.
