This is a scam. The products take over 4 weeks to arrive. If you're dissatisfied with the subscription or need to cancel due to financial difficulties, they expect for you to mail them back the products you've already paid for, without a refund. I'm having to cancel my card to get rid of this predatory prescription. You end up paying so much more for these than if you had just ordered one online without a subscription.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. I have had to send several email, and have even talked to a representative they well not refund me my money. They have already received their device back. I don’t know how the device works, I haven’t used it. I would caution new customers… buyer beware.

I ordered the livia kit and a couple other things to go with it (extra pads, a sleeve for the device, etc) 3 months ago. My order still hasn’t arrived 3 months later. They’ve sent a tracking number that has no updates. My order status still says “awaiting fulfillment” on the website. I have contacted customer support about this and they were not helpful at all … they said the expected delivery date was “April 1st but hopefully a few days before”. Still don’t have my order and it’s the end of April. I also signed up for the monthly subscription and they have taken money out of my account for the monthly subscription for the 3 months. I haven’t gotten any of those packages either?? Would not recommend.

Update: my Livia finally arrived. Two months late. Everything is very high quality and I can’t wait to finally try it out. But I doubt that I’m going to get the gel-pads I subscribed for every month on time. This company is a fraud. I ordered my Livia months ago despite the bad reviews and it still hasn’t arrived. After complaining they gave me an exact date when it was supposed to arrive. (Spoiler alert: it didn’t) They even gave me a tracking number which is according to DHL “unknown”. I was really excited for this to relieve my pain. Incredibly, incredibly awful to make money off of women's menstrual pain. Don’t order here!

I really wanted to like Livia, but the team is incapable of delivering adequate customer service. It's been 3 months since I ordered my replacements pads – they keep sending me the same tracking number (which evidently shows the parcel hasn't reached me), and now they don't even respond to my email. My Livia has been basically useless for all this time now. They do continue sending me sales offers to subscribe though. For a device one should be relying on for pain relief, this service is absurd. I recommended Livia to friends, but backtracked given my experience.

Ich wollte das Produkt retournieren, da ich nicht zufrieden war (zudem kam das Paket erst nach fast 2 Monaten bei mir an, der Zoll und die Gebühren waren unerwartet sehr hoch und damit wollte ich nicht laufend hohen Zoll bezahlen, weil die Nachbestellung/-lieferung der Patches regelmäßig nötig wäre). Obwohl das Unternehmen mit einer 100% Zufriedenheitsgarantie inkl. Geld-zurück-Garantie wirbt, habe ich erstmal 4 Monate voll zahlen müssen, ehe sie willens waren, meinen Rückgabe- und Erstattungs-Prozess zu starten. Vorher wird auch nicht gesagt bzw. ist nirgends ausgewiesen, wohin man das Paket zurückschicken könnte - auf eigene Rechnung. Man ist also auf deren Anweisungen und Informationen angewiesen. Kurz zusammengefasst musste ich insgesamt 10 Monate für ein Produkt zahlen, für das ich direkt bei Erhalt einen Rückgabewunsch angemeldet habe. Das Ergebnis war im Endeffekt, dass ich nach all der mühsamen, monatelangen Korrespondenz mit dem Kundendienst ausschließlich die Einschreibegebühr von rund 23€ für das Gerät erstattet bekommen habe - nach 18 Monaten! Die Refundierung ist also lächerlich gering und dauerte noch dazu 1,5 Jahre! Die aufgewendete Zeit, die Kosten für das monatliche Abo sowie für Zoll und Rücksendung ergeben in Summe ein dickes Minus. In den FAQs sowie in den Texten auf der Website steht, dass man eine volle Erstattung bekommen würde. Nur im Kleingedruckten wird dann expliziert, dass ihr als großzügige Rückerstattung beworbener Service ausschließlich die Einschreibgebühr und sonst keinerlei Kosten abdeckt. Tut euch und der lokalen Wirtschaft einen Gefallen und kauft ein ähnliches Produkt aus Europa bzw. im stationären Handel. Diese Geräte funktionieren ohnehin alle nach dem gleichen Wirkprinzip und können somit äquivalent für euch den gewünschten Nutzen bringen. 0% Weiterempfehlung für diese Firma!!!!

Hola, compré mi Livia hace unos días, me ha parecido muy extraño que gestionen tan lento sus pedidos, que no respondan a los mails y que no aparezcan en las redes sociales. Así que he buscado opiniones y he dado con esta página...la verdad que viendo las opiniones no inspiran nada de confianza. Espero que me respondan a los mails rápido y gestionen mi pedido o me hagan un reembolso.

Scam. Signed up for the subscription and have paid over $100 in $8 monthly payments I’ve been unable to have returned despite never receiving my replacement pads. Customer service is useless and always just insists they’ll ship right away once I confirm my address.
