I have always had cramps like no other. The first day I cry, I vomit, I scream, I crawl, I pop painkillers like crazy. I always thought that well this is what I have to deal with and nothing will help me. Have tried all types of things but nothing. And then for one christmas my sweet boyfriend gifted me Livia because he could not bear to see me in these crazy pains every month. Now Livia is my true companion on my first days of period and I actually can cope and do my daily things and don't have to take a sick day from work and suffer in pain like no other.

I suffer with endometriosis and also cramping since having a mirena coil fitted. I’m so happy I decided to give livia a try, it has been a game changer. I can put the device on as soon as I start to feel a pain onset and it helps to keep it at bay and allows me to carry on with my day and feel sane! I no longer have periods so I’m not sure how well it would work at calming the much more intense pains endo causes but for daily cramping that would usually leave me curled up with a hot water bottle this works great. At first I was hesitant as it is on the pricey side for tens machines but it is very discreet and and almost ‘cute’ looking which makes me feel a bit less gross when I’m suffering. I have found that the gel pads last ages as well. Very happy.
