I have bowel endometriosis and adenyomyosis and even after surgery, I still had debilitating pain that medicine couldn't dull. The pain was even worse during my athletic events and I stopped working out. After getting my Livia, sports are now possible for me again. I can hide it under my work clothes, cycling shorts, or gym clothes. I cannot recommend this device enough!

As an Endometriosis sufferer, My Livia is absolutely crucial to me surviving those first couple days of cramps. I usually put the pads over my front and a heating pad on my back, but sometimes I reverse the direction. I have a black Livia skin for it for when I wear it to the office with my business pants, it clips easily to my pants and is covered with a flowy top. When it’s not period time, I use My Livia on my upper back to soothe sore muscles from weight lifting. cannot recommend this produce enough, it’s a lifesaver!

I bought my Livia when it was on Indiegogo to help reduce my painful menstrual cramps. I wasn’t sure about the purchase until I received it. I have never wavered on my decision. Livia is small, powerful, and allows me to continue thriving during my period. You can adjust the levels of intensity depending on how painful your cramps are. I use it steadily on my heavy days and even on some of my lighter days. You can place it just above your hips or on your lower back depending on where your cramps sit. I don’t find the pads to cause irritation and the stickiness lasts so you can reuse them.

After years of suffering from extremely painful periods and a dealing with a male doctor that would say to me “is it really that bad or are you sure you’re not exaggerating it” I finally took matters into my own hands. I spoke with a female colleague who said she was trying out Livia to help with her cramps so I decided to start looking into the product. When I spoke with a gynaecologist she diagnosed me with endometriosis and we started talking about pain management. I remembered Livia, decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! I can function throughout my day and not have to worry about if I’ll be able to leave bed when my period starts. I highly recommend Livia to any woman!

I don’t want to sound overly cheesy, but this seriously saved my life. With a rare & severe case of deeply invasive endometriosis, I had been relying on prescription pain pills & constant heating pad use for YEARS! It was a constant cycle that left me dependent on pain pills & obvious *burns* from the heating pad. This literally interrupted the pain cycle (& prescription cycle!) for me. Helped me manage my pain so I could finally stop the pain pills. This isn’t a magic cure for endo of course, but it will end some of the WORST pain! A MUST BUY FOR ENDO SUFFERERS!

I am going to keep things honest, I am a woman who struggles with infertility and adhesions much like Endometriosis. I experience pain at like a level 10 during my periods, sometimes in between as well. Livia has helped greatly improve on my quality of life, I’m able to do more then I normally could during those painful moments. I would highly recommend as I’ve tried many things to attempt to relieve even a small amount of pain and this is the WINNER hands down. I also love that you can use it on your back ! It is like magic. I feel like it makes my period pain go away immediately. It is a little weird to get used to the feeling at first but you get used to it. It is totally worth the money.
