I use the Livia device for like 2 years now and I am amazed. It helped me so much, you cannot imagine. The pain did not go away 100% however I can sleep, I can move and I can work during my period and that's a lifechanger for me. My muscles are relaxed and I won't throw up anymore. If you're suffering from bad cramps and your doc says everything is all right, you went on tests and they don't show anything...get Livia. This small device will help you a LOT.

I have also not liked taking so many pain relievers to deal with the cramps I would get. Finding something that helped without having to rely on medication was amazing. It takes so practice to get it in the right spot and the right setting but I can wear it almost all night at work before the battery runs out so its totally worth it.

I dont know how I would get on in the day with out livia before using livia I was bedridden taking medication using heat pads nothing helps like livia does

I’ve had severe pain with my period since I was like 20 I’m 29 now and nothing seemed to help I used heating pads and everything over the counter I could find I was taking hand fills of medication to help cope but nothing seems to help until Livia it has most definitely changed my cycle for the better and it’s so light weight and compact and it last for quite some time before needing a charge it’s definitely a game changer.
