This company is a scam. They charge you, send the device in 1-2 months (mine was the wrong color and did not have the skin they promised), and then never send replacement pads. Their Facebook page has tons of people complaining about the same thing.

While the device itself may work, it’s an absolute nightmare to get out of the subscription. While I had already been in contact with livia about cancelling my subscription, because apart from the first deliver, I had never received any more items, although I payed every single month with my creditcard. Only way to get out is to order the device on its own, which was done immediately after customer support told me this. Yet, they still take money from my creditcard. Would not recommend this company again.

The device is amazing, it’s worked wonders for the past year(I think) that I’ve had it. However, I realized that after being subscribed for several months, I hadn’t been sent any replacement pads. I contacted customer service and they said they’d send some right away. Months pass and still no pads, the order says processing as it has been for a while now. I contact customer service again saying I’ll just cancel the subscription and pay in full for the remainder, if I have any. No response for days. I use the chat instead, still no response. At this point I don’t know what to do. Great device just horrible service.

Much like a lot of the reviews for Livia, I also haven’t ever received my orders since the first order in July 2021. It took them months to get me the first order and then the other orders from the past year have never arrived. There is no way to cancel the subscription on their website, I also can’t remove my bank card details which means I have no way to cancel this, which highlights what a scam this company really is.

10/10 would not recommend. I subscribed about 2 years ago and have received exactly 1 package of gel pads this entire time, which i only got because i sent multiple e-mails asking for them. when i told them i wanted to cancel since ive been paying for a service i didnt receive, they said id have to return the livia to them which they would not be paying for. since i am located in germany and they want a tracking number, it would cost me about 50$ to return the device. considering how much ive already paid in almost 2 years without even being able to use the device thats ridiculous. total scam, dont subscribe.

I received the initial package in November 2021. it is currently September 2022. I have sent multiple emails asking for cancellation, and called. They have charged my card twice but I have received no monthly products in almost a year. And their website is no help. It’s very frustrating to not be able to get in contact with anybody, receive no Products and still get charged.

I’ve tried to return my LIVIA item for the past 3 days now to no avail. Their contact is section does not work as I haven’t received any reply. My order number is LIVIA1986. It is missing the charging cable and I want to return it. I’ve even contacted multiple emails addresses to no response

In the beginning everything seemed fine, the kit arrived (a month later than expected, but complete of everything). The device is effettive for my extremely painful menstrual cramps, and it reduced my use of analgesic pills. Fast forward 3 months, but the adesive pads didn't arrive and after contacting the support team they answered elusively. I used the same pads for even three months, but eventually they stopped being usable. I wrote at least 10 mails about this issue, but after 8 months I still have not received the gel pads as advertised on the website. I continued paying the subscription fee all these months, but they refuse to refund me for the months I was not being able to use the device. I think it's a scam.
