I have horrible painful period pains. So much so that I can't get out of bed with out throwing up. Or loosing my balance from the pain. I Google a variety of solutions and found Livia ..told myself I have nothing to lose, so I spent the money ( a little expensive) OMG what a change this tiny thing has brought into my life!! It's amazing it doesn't only work for period pain but for my lower back pain aswell!! And I even convinced my friend to get one after she used mine for a few days during her period...I have nothing but good review for this product 👍 Pro: really works!! Cons: it feels a little bulky at times and pulls the skin when removing the stickers

Livia is super versatile. It does what it says it does. My pain is so much more manageable when I use my livia device, I always make sure that it’s charged fully a few days before my period. I love that I can bring it with me anywhere - travelling, camping, hiking, etc. It’s made me feel more confident on the days I feel terrible and would normally just stay at home.

I was always that person that would take so many pain relievers for my cramps. I get them pretty bad sometimes but Livia takes place of those pain relievers! Ever since I've been started getting my periods I've had horrible cramps to the point I would vomit and be in bed for days 7 days to be exact I lived and accepted it for years until I turned 20 I learned about Livia online and saw the reviews and saw how much it was helping other women.
