Highly recommend! Tried this for the first time last month and I must say it was a dream. I struggle with first day cramps and although it did not stop my nausea, it did help tremendously with the cramping.

This device has helped subdue some of the pain I have associated with endometriosis and ovarian cysts and has made me feel more in control of my body again

Took a very long time to arrive but overall worth it. It helps with cramps a lot. The travel case doesnt hold very much though so its hard to take places.

I love my livia, it helps with cramps that used to take pain pills for. It is such a relief not to have to take pills and wait 30 mins to an hour for them to work.

UPDATE: after the bad experience noted below, I contacted Ran and everything was sorted out so quickly! Ran was really helpful and resolved everything for me. Perhaps just a case of getting through to the right person to get things sorted :) I ordered a Livia device a couple of months ago but changed my mind and decided to return it. Unused, still in packaging. First issue is trying to contact customer services, none of the phone numbers ever connect no matter how many times I called during working hours, and I had to email multiple times to get a response. Then the returns labels they provided were not valid labels so I had to pay to get it sent back. I was told it would be 2-5 days to process a refund, but it has been 9 days since the return was delivered according to the tracking number, and I have received no refund. They have also stopped replying to my emails completely.

Livia is a great way to have a more discreet pain device on your person. It helps with cramping and general discomfort.

I decided to give Livia a try last year when I was experiencing horrible menstrual cramps. It worked great for me. Then I became pregnant and no longer needed the device. I had a little difficultly returning but eventually it was cleared up. Now that I am 6 months postpartum I have been having my period again for awhile and the horrible cramping is coming back so I decided to reorder Livia and I’m glad I did. It does help with the cramping. The best way I can describe out it feels is similar to a tens unit which is like a shocking sensation. Sometimes it bothers me but I just turn it down and give myself a break. Otherwise it is definitely helpful to me.
