LiviaReviews of mylivia.com

3-5 Day shipping in the US is a lie to get you to order. Your order will be placed in China when you order and take a month+ to be shipped overseas. I ordered over 3 weeks ago as a gift for my girlfriends birthday and am still waiting. They blame covid for shipping while any other company can ship anything across country within days. I'll update if I receive it and it works.

Just like everyone else on here, I have been paying for the subscription for over a year and have not received anything. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since APRIL. I have called five times and emailed three. Every. Single. Time. I get the same response of “This has already been forwarded to management and someone will reach out with an update shortly”. I have tried to ask for a manager over the phone and they tell me they cannot transfer me to a manager, that they have to reach out to me. Now they will not answer my calls and I am having to leave voicemails. Even when I initially received my Livia, they did not send it at first and i had to email to get the device re-sent. It was re-sent with the wrong color and skin. Do NOT subscribe to them as they will not send you replacement pads and instead charge you $8/month and refuse to cancel your subscription. Now I am going through hell with my bank to try and dispute over $70 worth of charges.

I never write reviews but this company is so bad I had to just to help everyone who thinks of buying anything from them. This company I can say is a SCAM. They take your money and you never receive anything. Plus they take $8 a month from you for no reason. When you call to cancel you will always get the same BS of we will send it to management and they will reach out within a week to cancel and never do. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Krasseste Abzocke!

They ignore emails and DMs regarding cancellations or returns. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year, and they’ve continuously ignored me — no responses to emails or Instagram DMs. Yes, the product works, but I stopped receiving my gel pads a long time ago and yet I’m still being charged every month. Just look at their Instagram comment section — you’ll see how many women are going through the exact same experience. UPDATE: They asked me to pay an extra $8 for the month of November (even though their subscription charges have been completely inconsistent — they take money from your account whenever they feel like it). I firmly refused. They then threatened not to cancel my subscription unless I paid the $8 — essentially trying to scam me into a bogus “settlement.” After I repeatedly posted comments under every post they had, publicly exposing them, they finally responded, asked me to stop commenting, and told me they would cancel my subscription. So yes — I was finally able to resolve this, but only after significant effort and public pressure. This is a company that is illegally charging people under the label of “subscription” and making up the rules as they go. I also advised other women in the comments to read the VICE article about Livia, and I encourage you to do the same.

SCAM - After not receiving any replacement pads (that are paid for with the subscription) for about 6 months, I called them to see what was happening. They told me they are switching supply chains or whatever and it will be a while and they will send me pads asap. After not hearing anything for over a month, I called back to cancel my subscription. They apologized and confirmed verbally that I wanted to cancel. I just checked today - over a month later - and I WAS JUST CHARGED AGAIN!! I just called and the lady I spoke with told me that there are additional steps to canceling my subscription that they never told me before. I am livid. Not only have they been taking my money without providing anything, my device has been collecting dust since I don’t have any replacement pads… this company is a scam. Absolutely the worst service I have experienced.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month and I’m getting no where I wish I had seen more of these reviews because I would never have ordered from this business. It is a complete scam. I just want to cancel. Buyer beware. You will get trapped in an endless loop of trying to cancel. I’m going to leave this up but I was finally able to get things cancelled. I am still unhappy that it took so long and had so many hoops to jump through. You just need to be persistent

I placed my order on 8/20/2022 & today is 10/5/2022 and I have yet to receive anything. I call and they say the same thing, "they are waiting on someone from management to look into the issue". . The reps I speak with are always very nice, but I never get anywhere. At this point I just want to cancel the subscription and get a refund, but I don't know how successful that'll be. I am so over LIVIA!
