Great customer service We bought king and twin latex mattresses. We set the king on it's side after opening to get the other king out of the room and part of the interior of the king buckled causing a large bump. We contacted Customer Service which responded right away and told us to 'shake' it out. That was challenging but we managed. It is slightly concerning that the material inside the mattress is so easily moved, but we have been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now and haven't had any concerns. We chose this mattress company because I felt this small family owned organic company would take care of its customers. So far they have responded quickly to our complaint and only time will tell how the mattress holds up, but we have high expectations it will.

Hi, Alison! We are very pleased to hear that you're loving your new mattresses (barring that slight hiccup) and we appreciate your business. Because we are trying to be as green as possible we are limited as to the methods of holding the internal components together, so it's rare but sometimes this sort of thing can happen. Thankfully your case was remedied but had shaking it out not worked we would not have left you with a mattress with a buckle in it. Your healthy, comfortable sleep is most important to us!
