The mattress is great - very comfortable! We did have some loose threads at the bottom and contacted the company. They got back to me within hours and offered a couple of solutions. We are very happy with our purchase!

I was skeptical of buying a matress online. We bought 2 9rganic latex mattresses for our 2 and 4 year olds. They came within about 5 days. I often end up in the bed with the kids for a long period and i have to say, it's a good mattress. We ordered firm and truly it's the firmest mattress I've ever touched, but still I feel comfortable on my back/stomach. Sides are ok, but a softer mattress should do the trick. We are considering a king for hubby and I. I like knowing that there is no dangerous off-gassing (we currently own a tempurpedic). Overall, I think we will adjust even more with time and perhaps the bed will soften just a little with time. The smell is stronger than I expected, I think it may be the wool. Sometimes it smells faintly like a wet mammal.

Did much research on natural latex as a replacement to a 12-year plush mattress that was too soft. The 9" latex was perfect. It sat on a link spring platform. The order arrived promptly. Opening the package was straightforward. Five stars.

matress is great for not waking up with allergies.my only probem is too firm for me id place it at a 9 on the firmess scale not 6.5.but husband loves it.so if u prefer a little softer u will need to purchase a nice soft thick matress topper.

Mattress was purchased for my son. From a 7 year old perspective, he loves it! Easy ordering, arrived quickly and was easy to unwrap & put on his bed frame. Very good quality. It did have a little odor, but that was combined with a new natural pine frame & a new wool protector. We let his room air out for 2 weeks before letting him sleep in there. No smell from the mattress or protector (I do still smell a faint scent from the wood frame!) It is heavy, though, as expected. Looking forward to replacing all of our mattresses!

Five stars so far for bed comfort and no offgassing at all. But minus 1 almost 2 stars for ordering a bed online. This is not full service from a retailer who comes in and sets up your bed, removes the packaging and potentially hails your old one away. This mattress was over 100 lbs and comes by FedEx. The FedEx person would not deliver it to my front door because there are 12 steps. So I had to hire help to get it up the stairs and into my room since I couldn't manage 100 lbs myself.

Fast shipping (a few days), and we sleep soundly on the mattress

Our son was so excited to get his new bed. The first thing he said was "Daddy it smells so good! I think it smells like sheep." We have another organic mattress with wool that also had the sheep smell for awhile, so he was excited also to get a similar mattress. I love that there is no off-gassing smell at all. Despite the firmness rating (7/10), I find the bed to be pretty comfortable and I like really soft mattresses. My Green Mattress is a great company, speedy delivery, great quality mattress, and our kids enjoyed making a rocket ship out of the cardboard shipping box.
