Easy to order and what a great mattress - a high quality product!

We got two twin XL mattress to put side by side in our king bed. We also ordered adjustable frames. Everything fit fine inside our existing king frame. We ordered the latex/spring hybrid mattresses with the four inch latex toppers added. They sit at about the same height as our old mattress (when the adjustable bed is flat). They work great with the adjustable frame and are super comfortable. Some people might find it a tad firm, but it is a squishy comfortable sort of firm. The only thing is that side by side (and especially with the topper) there is a substantial crack between the two beds of about two inches. This is not a problem if you tend to sleep on your side of the bed and don't spread out a lot, but it does give the sensation of sleeping on top of a hill.. and if you have kids that want to pile in with you, then they have to lay on top of the crack. The service from the company was great and the mattress arrived promptly. I am very sensitive to smells and the smell does not bother me.

Customer service is mostly good, but the products were hard as a rock. I had wanted the softer mattress, but the sales guys talked me into the harder one. He said children need firm beds. I was worried it would be too hard for her to sleep, so he mentioned I could exchange it. She couldn't sleep on it well. I tried it, and it hurt me to sleep on it for even a few hours. When I went to exchange it, they told me the rule is they send the new one when I donate the old one. Since my daughter can't go without a bed, I decided to try the topper instead of exchanging. The topped was terrible. I plan to return the topper, but I waited too late to return the mattress. I really wish I had understood how firm they were before I bought it. I would purchase a plush mattress from them if they made one in the future.

Excellent service!!! Got the mattress within a few days. Haven't used the crib mattress yet (still waiting on the baby). No smell when I opened the package. Happy that I purchased this crib mattress for my baby
