Happy sleepers!
Overall, this was a VERY easy experience. The mattress shipped quickly, and while the box did have a tear on the side, the mattress wasn't affected. It opened up quickly into full size - there is NO wait time as it springs into a full mattress! There was a smell initially - very outdoorsy, a bit like fresh cut grass - but it was completely gone by the next morning. No chemical smell at all. The bed has been extremely comfortable to sleep on. We initially would've pegged ourselves as wanting a slightly cushier/softer mattress then this, but it really has been perfect, and we've slept well every night we've had it. Would highly recommend this mattress - it is firm but comfortable, and I'm so happy that it uses safe products.
