I made a mistake in making my order and used the contact form and had a response and solution next day. I then had a further technical issue accessing a paid report online via my account - I used the contact form again and got a next day solution. The team were EXTREMELY easy to work with - often when you have a problem you just want it promptly acknowledged and resolved - they did just that! All companies have issues from time to time but it is how they resolve them that counts.

I am super impressed with Gene Food! Their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my upload and they gave me a refund and made it very easy to get my issue resolved. The next try I got the report within the promised 5 mins of uploading. The report was super detailed with tons of great and really helpful information. I love how much information they give you to support their research and how they come to the conclusions they do. There is more than enough proof to support the results rather than some hand wavey smoke and mirrors information that I've gotten from other DNA services. I highly recommend this service if you care about your health and longevity!

The service was very helpful and thorough in ironing out some initial problems with the 23andme data uploaded. Staff responded quickly and kept me informed of their progress. When I experienced some problems logging into the website, customer service again was quick to resolve the problem. In addition, I was able to update to version 2 of the report which changed my diet recommendation name from one to another but retained the bulk of the original data from the 23andme upload while adding some new information. The report and recommendations themselves were very useful, confirming some observations of my own and agreeing with some of the results from a biome sequencing result with resulting dietary recommendations. All in all, a very satisfactory experience. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience with Gene Food. Lost a few pounds with the 2 week meal plan on the wayoan diet and appreciate their honesty. They delete raw genetics immediately after it gets added to the site which is not normal with DNA upload sites.

I’ve learned a lot through this service and realized the diet I was following was not in alignment with my genetic profile.
