It was to the point nothing I tried on my computer worked. Being of the older generation I was absolutely frustrated to the point I thought maybe I should completely stop using my computer all together. The staff looked thoroughly through my files and found problems that eventually would cause bigger problems. They explained the process of cleaning up my files and how they were going to proceed. They were always courteous and helpful. They called me periodically while the clean up was in process to verify information and let me know what they were doing to fix it. I was given a full report by the tech. It was done in a very efficient manner. It was well worth the money. My PC is working much more efficient now.

I was both skeptical and nervous when you first called me. However, both the lady I talked with at the outset and the specialist who cleaned my computer were very professional in their approach. It was expensive but you fixed my computer.
