I have used other support companies in the past and figured My Fast PC would be like any other company. They are the best company I have ever used. You get support in seconds not hours or days and always someone who can and does fix your computer right the first time. Plus when you talk to a technician you get someone immediately who speaks clearly and is always polite. A rarity in todays world. I will continue to use My Fast PC and have recommended them to many people. Thank you again Belle

My Fast PC was unable to fix my system but I was still charged for their service. When I told them they were unable to improve the speed of my computer they refunded the full charge in a prompt manner. They handled my complaint very professionally.
