Comuter was fixed without leaving my home. Very efficient and great service. I highly recommend them.

Aaron did a great job repairing and cleaning up our computer. He used his remote access to our PC and quickly resolved our problems. Aaron is both professional and courteous, delivering excellent customer service. I especially appreciated that he explained what he was doing and why. He gave us a warranty in case we have any problems in the near future and also connected our printer which we had not been able to use. I would recommend Aaron and his company to anyone I know.

I was impressed with the speed of repair and with the people involved. The only down side was the cost of $200, I felt this charge was a little high. Thanks for you service.

My computer was completely locked up and I was unable to do anything. I contacted My Fast PC and within a few hours all files were cleaned, all malicious software removed and my computer had a complete checkup and cleanup. It runs much faster now. I am so happy that I didn't have to find someone to take it to, undo everything and lug it to the shop and wait several days for it to be fixed. I am very happy with the service of My Fast PC and will use again if the need arises.

1 tried to have my computer fixed on myfastpc.com and every time tey workrd on it it got worse whem i asked for a refund they said they do not give refuds and only warrenty their repairs for two weeks my problens started the first day they worked on it . when the tech finished working on it he left it in safe mode and i could not get it out i called them back and they could not fix that.Icalled another conpany and they fixed my computer and warrentied it for 5 years for the same price. i will not referr then to any one that ask.
