I was very pleased with the service I received today from 2 young men, Kenneth and Dahlan They were both well mannered, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and very clear and helpful in their instructions. I was particularly pleased that they were patient with me. Clearing up a severe problem I have had for some time was simple and it seems to be thoroughly done. I am very grateful to both of them. I would give them both a 5 star rating and would definitely recommend this company.

If you have trouble with your pc my fast pc is the place to go.

Things seem ok, but I haven't had a chance to use the computer much, so hard to say.

It is never pleasant losing P/C access, but Kaitlin was easy to understand, and very helpful in leading me through the process. When there was no easy fix she immediately turned me on to Dahlin who was also very helpful and easy to understand. He also had me up and running again with an hour to two hours: he answered all my questions and explained what he had performed on my P/C. Since I did not completely understand all, he sent me notes through e-mail to explain which was appreciated.

All my questions were answered. A complete cleaning of the computer was accomplished as stated. I am very satisfied with the results.
