Today I had the pleasure of working with a real professional in both demeanor and talent, Ryan Reynolds, from AOL. He took the time to explain a lot of things to me even though I am hard of hearing. He sure was patient and pleasant. Most importantly he resolved all the issues I had caused myself by getting talked into buying Windows 8. This young man knows his stuff. My struggles with my computer are over! What a relief! I could not even imagine what was wrong and it was so frustrating! I could not get into my e-mail to check my messages and I know I missed connecting with my family and friends. I am amazed at the things that had gone wrong with my computer. Those things that sneak in to cause problems from hackers. Thanks to the one who helped walk me through this process.

I contacted My Fast PC via the internet. My computer was almost done. After my conversation with the representative, I decided to give it a try. Everything was done quickly via phone conversation. The technician was outstanding and very helpful. His knowledge was second to none when it comes to computers. He was able to assist me with any and every question that I had. My computer seems to be working very well. I recommend My Fast PC for special problems with computer operation.

Happy to have my e-mail working again and hopefully the computer will run faster.

FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS I'VE BEEN SO FRUSTRATED WITH MY PC-COULD NOT EVEN READ ONE E-MAIL WITHOUT THIS WONDERFUL ELECTRONIC PIECE OF MACHINERY, NOT LETTING ME CONTINUE!! FINALLY THE TECH(S) AT " MY FAST PC" CLEANED THIS UP FOR ME!! MANY THANKS TO THEM!!
