I would appreciate the tech explaining what he has done, not just saying I cleaned it up. Tell me what needs to be done to make my PC work faster and better. Do not ask me what needs to be removed. Tell me if there is a virus. Tell me what protection I have or need. Communicate!!!

My experience with Fast PC this time was not near as satisfying as the first time and that was about a year ago. When they helped me then my computer was a lot faster and I thought it was money well spent. This time, I haven't noticed much of a difference. I still have freezes and it's not very fast. Don't know how much they really helped me.
