Myfastpc is always ready to help. Their customer service representatives are very helpful and explain their work on my computer in language I understand. I completely recommend Myfastpc.

I thought that I was calling RCI the company that I have my Time-Share with. I needed help to access my account, but instead My Fast PC,( who does work for RCI) sent my computer to the brink of crashing! I had to spend another $395.00 to my security company to re-install the system that was removed. Now I'm out $ 545.00. I asked My Fast PC to at least refund the $150 that I spent for nothing, but was denied.

I HAVE BEEN USING MY SYSTEM FOR A WEEK WITH NO PROBLEMS. I CAN'T AFFORD THE ADDITIONAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS BUT SO FAR I HAVE NO CHOICE. I AM RETIRED WITH NO PENTION AND TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET, HOWEVER, I STILL NEED MY COMPUTER ON A DAILY BASIS. THE RESPONSE COULD BE FASTER. SOMETIMES I WAIT UP TO 10 SECONDS FOR A RESPONSE TO A COMMAND.

Have what I am looking for.

I trusted what they were doing as i could even watch , it was kinda cool and they called me after to see if I had anything I needed help with and walked me through it!

So far I am very happy with my decision. If you continue in this vein you will realize that excellent customer service isn't the best way to run a business - it's the only way if you really want to be successful. Good Luck!!!

Even though your operator was polite and very willing to help, the service that I paid for had little or no change..... I would not recommend this service or package to anyone else...
