Hello Don, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced. You initially purchase a one-time service clean on September 29, 2014. All of our one-time services and membership packages have a 2 week warranty. Unfortunately, we do not have any records of you notifying us after September 29,2014.
