DONT BUY FROM MYFACEBOXER The fact I can’t rate less than one star has irritated me even more. After not receiving my order after a month (ready for Valentine’s Day), I got in touch with their customer service team. I was then told to wait a few more days to see if the order turned up. It didn’t. I was then not given the name of the delivery company which made me a bit skeptical, then told that this delivery must have been stolen. I was then told by “customer services” that I could either have the order resent out if I paid the delivery fee (again), or I could have a 30% refund? Honestly ridiculous and a disgusting company ethic. To say I am livid is an understatement and I’m now going through procedures with Trading Standards to list this company as a scam because that’s what it is.

False advertising! The website said 70 percent off displaying $25.95 each for both pair of customized boxers I wanted, with a countdown timer to valentine's day. I ordered both pair that turned out to cost 37.95 and 32.26 plus $5 each for text and $3 each for packaging $25 for 1-3 day shipping totaling $119 for 2 measly pair of boxers that didn't arrive until February 17!!! I saw the advertisement and thought it would make a good valentine's day gift. It had a countdown tracker at the top til valentine's day so I thought that meant guaranteed delivery. I ordered 2 boxers for $119 paying $25 extra for 1-3 day shipping to ensure I'd get the gift on time. I got an email thanking me for my order and 3 days later saying, "your oder is on the way." Now normal people think that means it's being shipped and with the 1-3 day expedited shipping, i was sure it would arrive on time. No communication from the company as Valentine's day came and went. On February 15th I sent an email letting them know I had no use for the delayed gift and not to bother sending. They made sure to send the order 2 days later! I spent $119 for a product that didn't arrive for its intended purpose (a Valentine's day gift) so now February 17th arrives a waste of my time and money! Worst experience I've ever had! Truly dissatisfied and seriously unhappy! Please don't get scammed like I did. Also, there's no BBB for Hong Kong that I know of so buyer beware!!!

If I didn’t have to give 1 star at least so I could write this review, I wouldn’t give any. I ordered before thanksgiving and it is now February. I’ve been emailing them and no response. Spent almost $100 on a package that never came nor will they reply to my emails. FRAUD! Stay away from this unreliable company. Spend your money elsewhere. Ridiculous.

I would like to warn as many people as I can about this company they are liars and thieves I order some pajamas for my mother for Christmas 3 weeks before Christmas I ordered it is the end of January and I still don't have them run around by these people they sent them to the wrong address said it was my fault but I never even lived there I've got hung up on by some man named Fred I've been treated rudely I just want my money back or else my product then they send it to that address that I don't live my post office says it back to China of course they won't give me another pair and show those reach the warehouse well it's been a month now and they should have reached the warehouse in my pajamas should have already been here but of course they're not they don't get back your money I asked for my money back and they don't they just lie they just tell you what you want to hear they are the worst I would never ever ever buy from them plus not to mention their work is crappy I am so disappointed in this company all the good reviews are wrote by employees of the company try and read some of the reviews that are the bad reviews those are the real ones a lie they say they've got a company in the UK is China so just beware if you're going to spend your hard-earned money crap and wait for it forever for it to show up you're going to be sorry because this company is a joke I have those people showing their face I'm getting ahold of my attorney next because this is crap

Do not order from this site, EVER! I ordered on November 29th 2021 and they kept pushing my shipping date out. I contacted customer support multiple times they gave me the excuse that the pandemic was an issue and to be patient, then it was the pandemic and they will give me a 10% discount, again I said no. A week later I told them I wanted a full refund and IF the product showed up I would send it back the same day. They said they would give me a 50% I still said no and then they offered me 60%. When I got ugly with them and told them I was going to write a review on any and every website I could find warning people not to order from them, they then said they would have to get the full refund approved by their supervisor…. I finally got my refund and I’m going to warn EVERYONE about them because it is a scam and they will try to take your money and not send you anything in return.

Customer service sucks!! Takes a long time to receive product, even paying for EXPRESS SHIPPING ! Overall not worth ordering from here… Find a more reliable custom maker and order from them… ZERO STARS IF I COULD !!!!!

Terrible customer service. Item did not arrive on time and website doesn’t register my email address. No response from the company Most “good reviews” on here are fake … keep Scrolling and you’ll find the real ones which are terrible
