I ordered a personalised Hulk pillow and the price over quality was far from satisfactory. I tried to contact their customer service but got hit with replies of them avoiding my query and asking for more transaction ID information…. To which I never received any email correspondence or confirmation of my purchase with my only proof of purchase was from my PayPal (thankfully it had a contact email for this ‘so called company’) I feel there is no professionalism and I feel like they are not taking pride in what they are selling. Avoid avoid. There are better websites out there to choose from. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from these people.

I made and order for Xmas for my gf, which said it was 74$ me not knowing it was in usd (my fault) I didn’t think it was worth 102$ Canadian for 2 pairs of boxer, that I may never receive due to the reviews I’ve read. So within 10 mins of placing my order I decided to cancel it before it was made, but they tell me if I cancel my order I have to pay 147 us for restocking fee. Which is 197$ Canadian. This company is a rip off. Worst experience

I ordered Boxers for my boyfriend m the 1st of September and according to their tracking they were delivered on the 10th… I didn’t receive anything.. When I reached out to the company all they keep saying is to check with my neighbors or check my mailbox !!! I have never had a missing package.

My girlfriend ordered me a pair for my birthday as a gift, and they were set to arrive on the 9th. When we checked our mailbox, there was no package, and we talked to the local post office and they said they didn’t have it anymore. We think that it was delivered to the wrong address. When we contacted customer service to see if they could help us out with or problem, they were very rude with their wording. We still haven’t gotten anywhere with them. I would not recommend this company ever again, and I haven’t even received my product yet.

The item came late and Oly showed half the face. The company tried to blame me for this even though I sent the pictures as per their instructions. They then offered me a replacement item that I would have to pay for postage and would not give me a full refund I would avoid using this poor company

I placed two orders and new received either or a refund. The first one was 'lost' so I was told to order again as my order was 'expired' and I would be refunded for the first. Eventually they just stop replying to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. DEFINITELY A SCAM Faceboxer - Please don’t lie and pretend you will communicate with me because that is a complete lie, in no way was I compensated. Completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately the pjs are way too small and I contacted customer service and asked them to remake them in a medium for my wife. I have spent three weeks exchanging emails without success, Would NEVER order again. Buyer beware

This is my second review for them as I'm still dealing with their terrible customer service. They offered me a refund if I deleted my previous review and then never emailed me back. I didn't receive my refund, as expected and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I've been in customer service for over 10 years and I have never experienced such terrible service and unprofessional people. This company is the worst and I hope this helps people save their money and not buy from them. It is a waste. Read the reviews before buying anything. I wish I did and I would have never bought anything from them. Their products are not what they advertise
