Terrible lost my package since the postage wasn’t even paid. Christmas gift not here on time because of this. And i ordered a month ago with low hopes from the jump. Save yourself the stress!! I need my money back asap

Late , ineficiente comunications . Its suposed to be before 18th and it seems like is just at my mail box . Shame Becouse i allready flight for a xmas hollidays . 👎🏻

Ordered 9 shirts and only sent 6. These where ordered for a friend's birthday and 1 of the ones missing was the birthday girls. So as now all other shirts can't be used. Contacted company who sent email to say they can't do nothing about it and if they sent new shirts they wouldn't be here in time, asked for a refund however this was denied. Would never ever use this company again, there isn't a contact number to speak to some one every thing done by email which didn't make sense and waited 38 hours for a reply after every message. Stay well away from this company.

Really don’t do it, worst service ever They told me I was going to receive a previous of the boxer and they didn’t send it They said the delivery date was 12-15 days; and it was not true; it was 15 days plus the 6 days they spend making the item And; my package didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they gave me a phone number to call and it was incorrect; I contacted them again and they only said we apologized They didn’t return my money and I didn’t receive the package And since the beginning the service was awful Really don’t do it; it’s just wasting time and money

SCAM COMPANY - sent the wrong sized item, then refused to accept a return on it. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY For the company reply: we’ve already communicated via many emails and they refused to accept a return on their own mistake. They refused to help and just want the customer to take the hit

Sizing is absolutely rubbish spent £51 for 2 large pj bottoms thought they looked small when arrived so tried them on I'm a size 10 and they were so tight it's untrue unless your skinny don't bother UPDATE RECEIVED REPLACEMENT GUESS WHAT XL MEASURES AT 28 INCHES how do they sort their sizing out and they're not a UK company even though the name suggests DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR A SIZE 10 OR SMALLER AND ORDER XL ABSOLUTE RIP OFF cost a fortune to send back so I've wasted £51

The first time I ordered the boxers came out great and the second time they where not made right and the back of them where short and not comfortable at all. I reached out and they said they would refund me and then 12 emails later they would give me 15% off? After asking me to take my review down. I’m very upset and won’t be ordering again. Be careful when ordering.

Ordered 2 pairs for my wife size medium. 1 pair fit like a small and one fit like a large. Wouldn't recommend buying these
