This is a scam! I ordered on 2nd Feb for Valentines. No tracking number recognised, no updates. Quick enough to take my money! Scam scam scam!! Dirty thieves...Will be getting my money back!

I ordered the 22nd of Jan for Valentine’s Day and paid the extra vip service on item total rip off items have not arrived spent over 125.00 on the website have sent messages and was told item was in transit has been for last 2 weeks ring Royal Mail who they have meant to have sent the item with and they have no record!!! Wish I would of read the reviews before DONT ORDER SCAM I am going to try and get my money back though the bank. So disappointed ☹️

Never believe them when they say 1 to 3 day shipping. I paid more for the shipping than I did fit their product to have it for Valentine’s Day. I ordered on 2 Feb paid for 1 to 3 day shipping now on 14th of Feb still nothing.

Same story.. Ordered in January for valentine's day.. Looks like my order didn't even leave China and tomorrow is Feb 14th...i don't even need it anymore!! How do I get the money back? Worthless company

Ordered a gift for valentines and not received!! It’s valentines tomorrow! Emailed to complain and heard nothing back! I will be taking this further!! 😡

Daughter ordered present for her bf for Valentine's. On tracking, it looks like the order is still in China. Says 8-10 days delivery. Ordered 29/1/21. Order will not arrive in time. Not a UK company, they are based in Hong Kong. Beware!

I ordered a pair of boxers in January for my husband for valt8nes day and guess what ... its tomorrow and no boxers .... it states that its a UK company otherwise I would never of ordered them ....

Don't buy anything from this company Chinese crap that either doesn't arrive or arrives 5 sizes too small and terrible quality. They refuse to refund me and I'm going legal as I'm not afraid of these companies.
