The customer service was appalling, it took 3 months for my order to arrive and when it did only half of my order was there, on the packing slip it said both items (which totalled to $100 NZD) were in the package but only one was. Contacting MyFaceBoxer was an arduous ordeal, it took them 1 week to get back to my initial email, they asked me to send through photo proof of the incomplete order i received which thankfully and knowingly i did take photos of every bit of packaging that my order came in.. This also took a very very long time. Months later my order was complete. I DO NOT recommend My Face Boxer in any aspect. Stay clear of them. The one star is for the quality of the product, good fabric, good boxers all round.. But better quality can be found from Kmart and without my face on them.

I wouldn't even give 1 star too, terrible customer service they lost my address twice ! Due to a computer error. Ordered for valentine's now February. Asked for a refund when they first lost my address was ignored then told yesterday they have already been printed. So not possible. Terrible company stay clear of them.

Takes FOREVER to arrive. And I ordered towards the end of January and I have yet to receive the item. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous as well. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I would recommend never doing business with this company.

If I could give it 0/5 I would’ve. Horrible experience. Ordered on January 19th for Valentines day. Order was shipped out January 26th which I thought I’d get for Valentines day. Shipping states 10-15 business days to USA on the website. I’m still waiting for my item.... they’re stealing people’s money. Do not buy from this company!!! Sent multiple emails to customer service (which is, by the way, SUPER hard to reach), trying to argue for a refund & they accepted only after I said I’ll proceed with legal procedures. Worst experience I’ve ever had, HARDLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Received my item I ordered a 3xl but what I received was xs I am 6’5” 300+ pounds! In case your not sure what xs is that’s for Extra Small!!!! So not only was the size wrong the picture I used of my wife turned out to look like Vladimir Putin it was so faded you could barley make out the picture itself it was also distorted to the point like I stated above it looked nothing like my Wife! So I contacted them by email asked if I sent another pic could they send me the right size for one but also maybe make the quality better on the pic I would send them. Well they answered I received was we can refund you 10% of your purchase Yes 10% which was roughly $2.80 When all they had to to do was send me a replacement for something they messed up! After multiple emails back and forth with Umer the best they can do is refund me $10!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS POORLY RAN COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!

No compren es una estafa no te llega nada a tiempo como te lo indica y no te devuelven el dinero de nada !!! Muy mal! Tengo desde enero que encargue y no me ah llegado nada ni un email !

I ordered a pair of socks 27th October for Xmas. Didn't receive the product. Wouldn't refund my money as they were custom made and could not be re-sold. Offered me a shipping fee discount. After agreeing to refund me the full amount I heard nothing. No refund. Stopped replying to emails. Guess I got ripped off. AVOID. THIS IS A SCAM .

Do not order from this website! I ordered well over two months before Valentine’s Day with the promise the order would arrive by Valentine’s Day. Received it over 2 weeks late and company would not refund any portion of the payment.
