Mydressline by Iness CoutureReviews of mydressline.com

Ordered from South Africa and was absolutely blown away by how quickly the dress was delivered (I used the FedEx shipping option) and the quality of customer service!! So so happy with my dress - it’s exactly what I ordered. Highly recommend xx

I was a bit wary of mixed reviews but I bought a dress that isn't available in the UK. It came quick, in original packaging and neatly put together. It came fairly quick too! A lot of the reviews state about returns and exchanges which everyone should read before they purchase in my opinion.

Great attention at the store. We found the perfect gown and couldn’t be happier … Would recommend anytime!! A+++ JF

Bought a dress for my wife for her birthday. Amazing quality with both material and workmanship. Great customer service! Highly recommended

I wanted to share my recent experience. My daughter found a dress she set her heart on for prom. Unfortunately, in the shop here in the UK, the dress was damaged and they could not source another one. I found the dress online at mydressline.com and I contacted them regarding the dress we wanted. From the start, the communication was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were definitely ordering the right size, as US sizes are very different from UK sizes. Once it was sorted we placed the order and it was received here in the UK, well packaged and on time. I cannot thank mydressline.com enough for the service and going above and beyond!

I would like to share about my experience, and say thank you for making my decision easier. I was trying to find a dress for my mom, which is not easy because she is so picky. Finally we found the ones that we like the most and we got all information that we needed to confirm our choice. The team was so patient with answering to all our questions, helped to find the right size, for what I would like to say thank you one more time. The dress came on time, size was perfect, and she got so many compliments. We’ll definitely be back for next purchase!

Amazing experience with mydressline! I am shocked by the poor reviews. It is industry standard to my knowledge (and I’m not in the industry) that formal dresses typically are final sale under any circumstance - most places don’t even allow store credit or exchange for any reason. My advice to anyone reading the bad reviews about sizing is to look up the designer specific size chart & go off of that if available. All of mydressline’s policies are really clear on their website; I really appreciated their transparency. From the start I had shipping questions. I reached out to the via WhatsApp & they were kind & quickly responsive. Being an anxious person, I wanted to make sure they had my dress in stock because I had not found it anywhere else in my size. They were again very kind, even though the answer to my question was available plainly on their website. My dress was shipped on time & received in perfect condition. It is beautiful & I cannot wait to wear it. So thankful for mydressline - their customer service, shipping practices, and selection are unmatched. I’m in the market for a new formal dress about once a year & so are several people I know - I will be a return customer & be recommending mydressline to anyone & everyone who will listen! 🤍

Ordered from Northern Ireland. Was quite nervous as i wasn’t sure if my dress would come in time for my formal. The company constantly kept my updated on when it was due to arrive. Arrived in perfect condition and I am obsessed. Couldn’t have asked for a more unreal dress so thank you so much!!!
