Spent $90 on a gift that I can't give because the product is such poor quality and looks absolutely nothing like their dog. I contacted customer service noting all the missing extras I had paid for and photos of the poor quality and obvious discrepancies of the dog breed (literally it was just a generic lab so beware of that.) They don't do refunds or returns and STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME FOR THE MISSING PAID EXTRAS, this has been months. I have disputed with my cc company and unfortunately they sided with them. It's just a horrible company with terrible quality, don't be fooled by the good reviews and photos. I have posted several reviews and none have been published.

Worst customer service. You can not get in touch with anyone, the number is fake and the "chat" is useless. They will charge your card immediately and provide no confirmation of purchase. Received no review of product even though paid for it. Honestly thought it was a huge scam and still not confident it isn't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I finally did receive my order only for it to fall apart as I took it out of the box.

Way too expensive. Took a very long time to get here. No gift wrap. It was very cute but not worth the money. You should not charge that much. Shame on you.

I never received my order. My order was supposedly lost. I believe this company is a scam. Emails and photos generated from AI. Real reviews don’t get posted to the website. They have a refund policy for orders that experience shipping issues but refuse to give me a refund. Beware.

I wish I could give this company less than one star. I am expecting my first baby and after doing much research I decided to order a custom Mobile from my dollfy. I ordered it and paid over $200 in May and have gotten nothing but set back after set back. First they “lost my photos” without telling me I had waited a month and that was the response I got when I reached out. And then after another month I reached out for progress and all they would give me is an automated response which is all I’ve gotten ever since. My order finally, three months later says sent which took weeks to get a tracking code for and now is saying “error delivering order”. This company is meant to be for expecting parents and people who want to commemorate their lost ones and for this company to benefit and scam these people is just disgusting! I am reaching out to BBB about them but I just wanted to put out a warning in case anyone else falls for their dishonesty!

Horrible cheap product. Doesn’t look like my dog at all and they did nothing to help me out.
