Everything was so easy - from placing the order, submitting the pictures and selecting the the preview & modify option. The preview option allowed me see the doll and make any necessary changes before it shipped. I LOVE my dollfy, it’s an homage to my pup that passed away in January. The custom doll has her fur color and pattern. I am very satisfied with my purchase!! It was sooo worth the wait.
