I sent a picture into Dollfy. I am a black man but when I received the doll they made me white. I asked could they redo the doll over with different skin color at least close to my skin color, Dollfy told me yes only if I pay more money for their mistake. 1st and last time I'll ever order anything from them. Waste of money. MY experience with Dollfy. Trash. Still can't see how you mess up a skin color and YOUR LOOKING AT A PICTURE.

This company offers you a chance to preview the custom made doll for an additional fee, 25 dollars, in order to make changes if necessary. What they don't tell you up front is that when they send you the preview thru email, you have 24 hours to respond and then after that they will send the product assuming you approved if you don't respond. I received the preview email at 1:30 am but didn't see it till 2 days later when I received a notification thru the Shop app that my product had shipped. The doll did not look anything like the subject and needed to be corrected. When I contacted the company they said to send the doll back and they would make corrections. I received the doll and contacted the company to send the doll back and now I'm informed that it will take three months to correct it. But if I want it sooner I could give them another 30 dollars to expedite it. Why pay for a preview if the company is not going to wait for your approval? Then tell you that it'll be three months to get the doll corrected, unless you send more money. What a racket.

I was so excited to receive these dolls as they were a gift for Christmas. These dolls were supposed to be special tributes to the people that we’ve lost in the last couple years. Not only did they not arrive in time to be given as Christmas gifts, but the dolls were horrible. They were in terrible condition and looked nothing like the pictures sent. I was so appalled and could never give them as a gift. It would be so disrespectful with the way they looked. It was poor quality and I was highly disappointed.

Customer service sucked. Tracking of the item was a horror show and then when it got here the quality of the item was on par with what my 5 year old grandchild would produce. You’ve all taken a horrible loss in our life and made it worse with your unbelievably high level of incompetence. Stop contacting me! Update: You would all do yourself a huge favor to remove this feedback feature from your sales platform. Additionally when a customer says stop contacting me that includes here too. Your empty boilerplate response is a joke and if anyone were to read all of the feedback here they’d get the same sense that you don’t care, you ripped off another customer and you’re nothing more than a fraudulent service providing something that is nothing like what you advertised. You can trust that I’m working harder than ever to get you removed from social media advertising for this so that you can’t victimize anyone else.

Everything was wrong. The time it took to get the doll was almost 2 months. Huge waste of money. The doll looked like something a child would have done. It looked absolutely nothing like the photo. It was a $100 that got thrown in the trash...it was for a gift and there was no way I was giving that horrible thing to anyone!!

I am a disappointed with the lack of detail with the dolls I received. With every picture I have seen of other dolls, they have details such as glasses, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. However, the dolls I received had none. My aunt had earrings and a necklace in the picture I provided but these were not incorporated in her doll. I didn't think I had to specify these when I ordered. I feel cheated for paying over $240, for something I don't feel comfortable giving to my loved ones after losing my aunt. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Dollfy and they "graciously" offered a 5% refund, which comes out to around $12... I planned on shipping all three of these dolls out separately to loved ones, and that just doesn't even cover the cost of shipping one doll. I'm extremely disappointed. I should have read more reviews.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! I ordered 2 dolls for my best friend. I understand this is a custom product, so I gave grace on the wait time for my order. I received several emails asking for patience, which I was. After waiting weeks and weeks I finally received an email that my dolls were on their way. When I received the dolls they were VERY cheap looking and arrived in only bubble wrap.. after waiting so long for them I expected much better.. This was extremely frustrating.. I did show my frustration to customer service and explained to them I'd be leaving a poor review but they simply did not care.. They were extremely rude and had no interest in actually helping me. I also explained to them how I can find similar products for cheaper which is what I suggest anyone who likes this concept seeks out.. I left a Facebook review, which received a reply from the company but they have still done nothing.. I saw from the other reviews there that this company appears to just be terrible.. I'm deeply saddened that what could have been a positive experience turned out the way it did.. UPDATE: The company has replied to my negative reviews (here and on Facebook) stating that they wish to rectify the situation. However both times I've reached out, they chose to ignore me. They have made NO effort to fix anything so please don't be fooled by their replies to the negative comments.. they do NOT care about making anything right or about their customers..
