I love this app it keep me on track of my meals. Very seldom does my blood sugar go over 100. When it does I know that I have gone off track and gets right back on. I exercise regularly although not always the ones on the app. It’s good to know someone has your back!

Easy tracking with the AI doing the work, love it. Suggested meals good and being able to build my own meals is even better. so far enjoying the app.

I love this. It’s way cheaper than Noom, and also has education. I like that you can add your blood sugar. I hated how much Noom bothered me to log into it daily. I like to do it on my own time

Meals are measured and precise,.what I like is the flexibility of swapping ingredients. I have only been on the plane for a week. It suits me so far nothing too complicated. I really like having the proportions available because up to now that would have been my downfall.regaees Carmel Long.
