A wealth of information from summary status to calendars and trackers and logs, along with nutritional advice which includes calories, meals, and shopping, as well as ongoing intake and activity logs with suggested workouts, is almost overwhelming. With the design of this material, I am able to start, stop, restart, and pick and choose my particular needs.

I love the fact that the menus are so easy and enjoyable . There are some recipes I don't like but that's not a problem as you can always swap the ones you don't like.I am thoroughly enjoying the life style change.

I really love the valuable input it gives after I log in a meal. For example: insights: try a handful of nuts to retain/maintain glucose levels.

App is quite easy although at this point, there are a limited number of ingredients, combined in different ways. I’ll keep at it.

I am so thrilled to have an app that helps me track my daily calories, protein, carbs, activity and water intake right alongside my weight and blood glucose readings. Other apps don’t have all of the metrics I need to manage my pre-diabetes! After having gestational diabetes twice and now being pre-diabetic, I am really invested in preventing Type 2 Diabetes through diet and exercise. I’m grateful to have an app that tracks all of the meaningful data in real time.
