I recently began to gear up to combat my Type II Diabetes. I subscribed for a 3 month term to see how the app could assist me. I didn't realize how much information or the tools it would contain to assist me on my journey. I have read through the materials and will be stocking my pantry with items to incorporate into my diet. Speaking of diet, the meal plan is amazing. So. I'm just getting started, check back with me in 3 months when I can give you a results based review.
