MyDiabetes has been a wonderful program that helped me with my type 2 diabetes. So much information and meal plans. It makes my life so much easier and I've learn so much.

The daily healthy meals were excellent and helps me to develop myself further in eating healthy, exercise, and observed what I consume on a daily basis. It was a way of getting fit and having the right steps regarding my health and types of food . I am grateful for the 3 months experience as a result of living healthy.

Plenty of advice, meal plans and activities on the site. I also like the fact that I can record what I eat and see if I am overeating.

I like the way what I eat and the activity I do daily are kept track of, and how I can know if it's ok for me to have a small desert, by looking at the calories I have eaten and the calories I have burned. I know if I should spend another half hour , maybe just walking, having another glass of water, my diabetes is helping me be healthier. I like that.

I love the recipes, l have tried several diets, but always ended up cheating because l missed my pasta or rice, and bread .with this diet l get to eat healthy and enjoy it.recipes are quick and easy to fix, so as long as l follow them or exchange a meal for a different one l am happy and think l may succeed this time.

I love the food choices, easy to prepare! It is time consuming and I need to shop regularly for ingredients and there is a lot of washing up but I feel great eating the delicious array of food. I am getting my steps in and exercising along with knowing I am eating healthily. I am confident I will lose weight but more importantly, keep my pre diabetes from getting to diabetes.
