I think it is too soon to up-sell as I want to see results first and tweak things as I see results. Both Positive and negative. This is a new learning experience for me.

The recipes are tasty, although redundant for someone whose diet is plant based. However, I HAVE lost 7# in 9 weeks - even with eating some meals out of plan - so I’m happy!

Easy to set up and offers good tutorials and advice. Recipe ingredient swaps could be easier, and some logging processes could be easier.
